A long time resident of South Carolina, I have extensive experience in healthcare operations, human resources, employee development, training and quality control.  My background includes employment with Medicare and working with health care providers in multiple disciplines.  I hold a BS in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration.  In terms of relevant teaching experience, I was also an approved Dementia DialoguesTM trainer through the University of South Carolina Office for the Study of Aging & the South Carolina Department of Health & Human Services.  I am highly skilled at identifying knowledge gaps, developing training materials, and using remote/online training platforms.
